Order Processing and Shipping

Once an order is placed, it is validated and forwarded to our processing department. Typically, it takes about 24-48 hours for an order to be shipped. We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs.199 on all orders, though conditions may apply for deals. The standard delivery time is approximately 1 week for international orders and 2 to 3 days for domestic orders within Pakistan. Please note that delays may occur due to metropolitan conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances. All packages are delivered via courier companies, and a tracking number will be provided to monitor the status of your order.

*Please note that credit card orders require 48 working hours for bank verification.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, Attireium will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process may take 2-3 days. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement.

Damaged or Stolen Products During Shipping

A product is considered damaged if it arrives physically damaged. A product is considered stolen if the package is received in an open condition and is empty. In such cases, please contact our Customer Support department. We will investigate the issue and may request a digital picture of the received package/product or other proof for claim purposes.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled at the customer’s request at any time before they are processed.

Attireium reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

• Items Out of Stock
• Pricing Errors
• Shipping Cost Discrepancies
• Technical Issues

In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card will be refunded within 20 days of the order cancellation.
